How to Download and Install Bluebeam
Bluebeam Revu Installation
To download the Revu 21 installer, click the "Download" button below. For Revu 20 & below, visit the Download Archive.
- Open the .exe file you downloaded.
- In the installer, select the desired language and click Next.
- If you're installing Revu for the first time, follow the prompts in the installer.
- If you already have Revu 2016 or later installed, the installer will prompt you to select one of the following installation options:
- Select Upgrade if you want to update your existing software to the latest version.
- Select Side-by-Side if you want to evaluate a new version of Revu, and you want to keep both instances of Revu on your computer.
- Select Install.
- Select Finish.
When the installation is complete, you can sign in to Revu 21 with your Bluebeam ID (BBID) or register Revu 20 & below with your serial number and product key.

Minimum Hardware Requirements
Display:
- Resolution: 1024 x 768
- Display driver supporting:
- OpenGL 3.0 (or above) required for 360° photos
- OpenGL 3.2 (or above)
- OpenGL ES 3.0 (or above)
Processor:
- Desktops and laptops: 1 GHz processor or equivalent
- Tablets: Intel i3 processor or equivalent
Revu currently does not support ARM processors, like those found in the Surface Pro X. Microsoft has more information in this FAQ.
Ram: 8 BG
Hard Disk: At least 5 GB of available space may be required
Using Revu with typical office documents
When using Revu for general office applications, you can use a mid-range computer that meets the above requirements.
Using Revu with large sets of engineering documents
A recommended hardware configuration would be an Intel i5 Dual Core or better processor and at least 8 GB of RAM. Revu can run on systems with lower specifications; however, a workstation with these specifications will provide the optimal performance.
